Common questions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MindRange → Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation is immediate and no further charges will occur.

How do I delete my account?

Open MindRange → Profile → Delete Account → confirm. All your data (sessions, library, progress, account) is permanently deleted within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email. This action cannot be undone.

My visualization didn’t generate. What happened?

Script generation typically takes 15–30 seconds and audio (TTS) takes 1–3 minutes. If it fails, no credit is used — you can safely try again. Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us at contact@mindrange.app with your account email.

How many TTS visualizations can I generate per month?

6 per month. Credits reset on your subscription renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over. There is no limit on listening to visualizations you’ve already generated.

I’m seeing a paywall but I’m subscribed. What do I do?

Try Profile → Restore Purchases. This syncs your subscription status from Apple. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If the paywall persists after restoring, email us with your account email and Apple ID.

My progress didn’t sync to my other device.

Open the app on your second device and wait up to 30 seconds for cloud sync to complete. Both devices must be signed in with the same MindRange account. If progress is still missing after 1 minute, sign out and sign back in. Still not working? Email us at contact@mindrange.app.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use those sign-in methods instead.

What iOS version is required?

MindRange requires iOS 16 or later. The app is optimized for iPhone and supports lock screen / background playback so you can visualize with the screen off.
