It's the gold standard for sports science visualization, validated specifically for golf putting in published research (Holmes & Collins, 2001).

How is this different from a meditation app?

Meditation apps calm the mind. MindRange trains a motor skill. Every session is a structured sequence of 12 putting reps — personalized to your grip, miss pattern, and pressure context — built on the same science used by sport psychologists. It's a practice tool, not a relaxation tool.

How often should I use it?

Do I need a putter?
